How it Works
At KVNW, we believe in timeliness, attention to detail and doing it right the first time. We also believe in expressing our opinions on how best to execute the outcomes you are looking to achieve. We don’t expect you to have all of the answers, and our clients trust us to help make the necessary decisions.
We support our clients using a help desk ticketing software called HelpScout. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your tasks will be placed in queue with the others. We will get the work done and report back to you with the results.

If you’re not hosted by us, you’ll want to consider using our proactive monthly maintenance plan for WordPress websites.
WordPress needs to be updated semi-regularly to keep it secure and running smoothly. Additionally, there are theme and code frameworks, plugins and various other components that need to be maintained in order to keep your site online and secure. Those who neglect to maintain their website will usually find it broken or hacked at some point in the future.

2. Fixed-fee Webmaster Support
We prefer to “partner” with our clients to provide a no-hassle website maintenance experience. Hourly rates are not in everyone’s best interest, as budgets and unforeseeable issues may always arise. We prefer to shoulder some of those risks and make it easy for you to predict your costs and remove all worries from the management of your site.
As such, we offer a non-fluctuating, fixed price every month to our clients with ongoing needs. To work on this type of plan, we provide a custom quote on monthly fees based on the expected scope of work involved.
Fixed-fee plans include monthly reports on work completed, monthly analytics reports with summary and suggestions for improving your site to meet your business objectives, monthly strategy calls, priority service, and the insurance that if something goes wrong, you have us to depend on.
These plans start at $500 for fixed-fee ongoing engagements.
3. Blocks of Time
Don’t need frequent ongoing support? You can also purchase blocks of time. Hours are only expended when you use them, and are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Clients on who purchase blocks of time in advance typically have their requests completed within one to two days.
4. Pay Upon Completion/Emergency Work
If you wish to pay after work is completed, or your request is an emergency in nature, the hourly rate is $125/hr for all work completed.
